Senior people. Real engineers. No slide decks.

Is this you?
Does AI in your company feel more like a pilot than a P&L line?
Pilots and demos that never reach production.
Teams using ChatGPT with no process and no data rules.
People retyping data from spreadsheets and email into the ERP.
Vendors selling licenses, not outcomes.
Nobody owns AI inside the company.
Worry about where your company's data ends up.

Introducing RoleHack
The A-to-Z system for AI that reaches production
Powered by ArkusNexus
Senior AI consulting with 23 years of engineering behind it.
Four agents for finance and operations
Each one runs inside your systems, with a person approving the steps that matter. We start from a standard build, so a pilot takes weeks, not quarters.
Invoices and accounts payable
Reads each invoice, checks it against the PO, posts it to the ERP.
Orders and quotes into the ERP
Turns emails and spreadsheets into clean ERP entries.
Close and management reports
Pulls the numbers from your ERP, consolidates entities and flags variances. The math runs in code; AI reviews and explains.
Purchasing and job-cost control
Matches purchase orders, invoices and progress against budget, and flags overruns early.
Software company? We also build AI features into your product, with an ArkusNexus product pod.
In a very practical and simple way, AI became accessible to my team and me. Since the workshop we know how to use a tool that makes our work easier, faster and better across every area of our company. I highly recommend it.

FAQ
Questions buyers ask us
How much does it cost to start?
The AI Ops Lab is $9,500 for one remote day, or $12,500 on-site, and 50% is credited to an Agent Pilot signed within 45 days. Pilots start at $30,000, priced by integrations and infrastructure.
How fast can we have something in production?
An Agent Pilot puts one agent in production in 6 weeks, supervised by your team for the first two. A full program takes 3 to 4 months.
Do we need to change our ERP or systems?
No. Agents work with the systems you already use: your ERP, CRM, email and spreadsheets. If something can’t be connected, we tell you in the Lab, before you buy a pilot.
What happens with our data?
We sign an NDA before we see anything, use read-only access wherever possible and log every action an agent takes. If your policy requires it, models can run inside your own infrastructure.
Do you work in the United States and Mexico?
Yes. US companies are served in English by teams in the US, Mexico and Colombia with full US time-zone overlap. Companies in Mexico and Latin America are served in Spanish.
Which AI models do you use?
We are model-agnostic and choose per use case: Claude, OpenAI, Gemini or open-source models, orchestrated with tools such as n8n or custom code.
What happens after launch?
Run & Improve keeps agents monitored, tuned and extended, with a monthly report of hours saved and errors avoided.
How is this different from setting up agents in ChatGPT?
A chat can get a total wrong and give a different answer each time. Anything that must be exact, like totals and reconciliations, runs in code; AI reads documents, reviews, explains and flags. And the agent keeps running, monitored and measured, after we hand it over.
